Vetricare Renal Phosphate binder 100ml for dogs & cats

Vetricare renal syrup from vetrina contains lanthanum carbonate which is a non-aluminum and non-calcium phosphate binder.

Lanthanum causes least toxicity compared to aluminium in CKD patients and absence of calcium based binder helps in cases of calcium oxalate stones. it helps reduce phosphorus levels – alleviate hyperphosphatemia. Lanthanum carbonate combines with phosphate to form insoluble phosphate compounds that are excreted out. It is very useful in CKD patients to reduce serum phosphorus.

Vetricare Renal contains Lanthanum carbonate which combines with dietary phosphate, producing insoluble, non-absorbable phosphate compounds which are excreted in faeces.

Usual dosage is 1ml/5kg bodyweight per day in dogs & cats. Can be given directly or mixed with food.

Ingredients: Each 1ml syrup/suspension contains Lanthanum carbonate 150mg.
