Portions to give to your dog/cat varies from brand to brand, for exact quantity as per body weight be sure to check packet graphics of dry food/ wet food where quantity to feed is usually given. Not just dry kibbles, you can also use it to measure water or wet food.
Dry food kibbles differ in weight, density and volume from brand to brand, hence this works better than a measuring cup which relies only on volume to measure actual weight. Mostly kibbles of cheaper brands weigh lesser and need to be fed more in volume compared to a premium brand’s kibble which is usually denser and heavier compared to volume.

Warranty: M-pets is a premium brand when it comes to pet products and they dont make flimsy products, however as expected it has no service center or anything in India to repair for free if it stops working after a few days.
We will ensure the product works first time it is opened by customer, else return and refund/exchange. We check each and every unit before it is shipped. On receiving the parcel, after initial test is done by customer on opening and using a few times, any further warranty/ return is not provided from us for this product. However if any problem happens in future which is rare, it is easy to be repaired by any local electrician.
