1)Small – Length of tape 5m/16feet- for dogs of body-weight up to 20kg/45lbs.
2)Medium – Length of tape 5m/16feet – for dogs of body weight up to 39kg/65lbs.
3)Large – Length of tape 5m.16feet – for dogs of body weight up to 50kg.

Warranty: Manufacturer Kong gives 2 year warranty available if you can ship it back to them to a foreign country which wont be economic unless you are usually travelling to that country. So, consider there is no additional warranty.
As long as the product is delivered undamaged and works the first few times you use it, we wont be able to return/ replace it. We check each and every product before it is dispatched.
Max cause of damage/ item stopping working properly is a dog of higher weight and one with good pulling power, so always get one size larger for best results even if as dog gains weight over time. Also don’t let dog chew on the tape leash. Physical damages are not covered in warranty.
