Phexil tabs from Sihil Pharma contain cephalexin, a first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat a wide range of infections in dogs. Phexil is a good oral broad-spectrum antibiotic for use in pets. Can be given directly or mixed with food.
Dosage: Usual general dose of Cephalexin for dogs is 15-45mg/kg bodyweight orally every 6 to 12 hours for 7-28days.
Usual dosage is 22mg per kg body weight twice a day for 28days for pyoderma.
Follow prescribing veterinarian’s guidance closely on dosage. Complete the entire dosage for the entire duration prescribed by the veterinarian or resistance may develop against cephalexin.
Ingredients: Each uncoated easy-chew Phexil tablet contains Cephalexin Monohydrate I.P equivalent to Anhydrous Cephalexin 600mg, Excipients q.s.
