Corticlear spray from Azista contains Hydrocortisone Aceponate 0.584 mg/ml cutaneous spray solution. Hydrocortisone is a topical corticosteroid used for relieving itching and inflammation. It soothes itchiness in cases of hotspots, pruritus & other skin disorders. Does not cause any side effects unlike oral steroids. Suitable for dogs, cats and horses.
The spray formulation allows for easy application and rapid absorption, ensuring quick relief while minimizing systemic side effects. It works by reducing inflammation at the site of application, blocking the release of inflammatory mediators, and helping to restore the skin barrier. Usually indicated in cases of pyotraumatic dermatitis, flea allergy dermatitis (FAD), contact allergy, lick dermatitis, perianal fistulae, pododermatitis, cutaneous lupus, pemphigus foliaceus, atopic dermatitis, to control inflammation and pruritus.
Use as per vet guidance. Give 2-3 pumps per 10 square cm area. For topical use on dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, horses.
